I am dealing with some super frustrating issues lately. Just a few weeks ago, I started having these awful symptoms, like pain and discomfort during bowel movements. After talking to a doc, turns out I have piles. Ugh! I’ve been looking into natural remedies and heard that some foods can help, like pomegranate? Is pomegranate good for piles? I’ve read mixed things online, and I’m just confused. Some folks say it’s great for reducing inflammation or promoting digestion or whatever, but I'm not sure how that translates to actual relief for piles. Also, I’m a bit nervous about my current diet; I’ve been munching on tons of processed snacks, and I keep thinking it could be making it worse. Anyway, does anyone have experiences with how eating pomegranate affects piles? I mean, would drinking pomegranate juice or just having the fruit regularly help with the symptoms?
