I am feeling really sluggish lately, like my energy is just totally stuck! I read somewhere that I might have too much kapha in my body, but honestly, I have no clue how to reduce kapha in body or even if that's what's going on. Last week, I noticed I've been getting congested a lot, especially in mornings, and my digestion is kinda slow too. Sometimes it’s like my body just feels heavy, and I can’t keep up with daily stuff. A friend told me that I might need to eat different foods or do some exercise to help with this kapha thing, but I feel overwhelmed. Like, how do I know which foods actually help reduce kapha in body? I tried some teas but didn’t see much change.
