Maharishi Blissful Sleep - #27497
I am really struggling with my sleep lately, and I was wondering if anyone here has tried Maharishi Blissful Sleep? For the past few months, I've been tossing and turning every night. Sometimes I just can't seem to switch off my mind, other times, I wake up at weird hours like 3 AM and can’t fall back asleep. It's super frustrating because I’ve tried a bunch of stuff like chamomile tea, counting sheep, and even some breathing exercises. Nothing really seems to work! A friend mentioned Maharishi Blissful Sleep and said it could help reconnect my doshas or something. I am unsure, though… like, what’s different about it? Will it actually help me get better sleep or just something trendy that won’t work? I read a little about it online, but I think it's kind of overwhelming with all those terms and spinning philosophies. I remember once, after a particularly bad night, I felt so drained the next day at work and just couldn’t concentrate. My thoughts kept racing and I think my stress levels shot up from that. Has anyone experienced real, meaningful change from using Maharishi Blissful Sleep? Is it safe to use for someone like me with anxiety issues? How do I even get started? Any advice would really help!
