I am really hoping somebody here can help me out with this. I recently started taking SNA Rasonaadi Kashayam after hearing a lot of good things about its benefits, but honestly, I'm kinda worried about a few things. I've been feeling more tired than usual, but it's hard to say if it's directly from the Kashayam or just life stress (work stuff, you know?). It took me ages to finally decide to try this because I read it can be good for overall health and boosting energy, but now I'm feeling like I made a mistake. I've had digestive issues on and off for a few years, and sometimes take medications for that; my doc wanted me to try something natural. The first few days on SNA Rasonaadi Kashayam, I thought wow, this stuff might actually work! But then there was bloating and this weird taste in my mouth that just wouldn't go away. I’m not sure if the bloating is from that or just my usual digestive problems acting up again. I read that SNA Rasonaadi Kashayam can cleanse and detox the body, but how clear is that?
