I am really struggling with this ongoing fatigue and guess what my doctor prescribed? Alopa Activa Forte Syrup. At first, I was skeptical, but then I thought, why not give it a shot? I mean, I’ve tried everything else. My energy levels are just so low, it feels like I’m dragging a cement block everywhere. I can't keep up with my kids anymore, and even simple tasks seem like climbing a mountain. I’ve been on this syrup for about two weeks now, and honestly, I’m not sure if it’s doing anything?
