Doctors' responses

●FOR BOILS ●Nutmeg + Red Sandalwood + Black Pepper This classic combination soothes the inflammation and redness of pimples, cools the skin and reduces the likelihood of infection. ●Prepare a fine powder of all three ingredients. Mix it with rose water or pure water to make a light paste. Apply it only to the pimple, not the entire face. Wash it off with plain water after 15-20 minutes. ●Internal medicine for blood purification Manjistha + Neem + Haridra This Ayurvedic combination purifies the blood from within, calms the impurities accumulated in the skin and helps in reducing the tendency of frequent pimples. ●Method of administration Take equal amounts of the powdered form of all three medicines. Take 1/2 teaspoon of the powder with lukewarm water in the morning and evening. This is used as an adjunct to topical application. ●FOR HAIRS FALL ●Dashamoola (Dashmool) - 5 parts balances Vata dosha and strengthens bones and bone metal. Bhringaraj (Bhringaraj) - 4 parts “King of hair,” promotes new hair growth and maintains blackness. Jatamamsi (Jatamansi) - 3 parts → Relieves stress, improves sleep, and prevents stress-induced hair loss ●Method Prepare the mixture: Dashamula 5, Bhringraj 4, Jatamansi 3 (proportion) Take 1/2 teaspoon every night. • Add this mixture to 1 cup of cow’s milk and boil it. Drink while it is still slightly warm.
