im suffering with ankylosing spondylitis plz tell me treatment an diet im suffering since 10 years with stiffiness and spine fusion and hip artritis.

avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts take sahachradi kwath tab ( avn pharma ) 2-0-2 tab lumbartone 1-0-1 do oil massgae and steam and spinal dhara with mahanarayan oil near panchkarma cneter got good result do matra basti with 30 ml mahanarayan oil and 10 ml mahatikta ghurth and 20 ml castror oil 3 times in week for 6 month got amezing result
