I am really confused about my diet and whether I should include curd in it or not. Recently, I’ve been thinking, does curd help in weight gain? My friend mentioned that when she was trying to bulk up for her workouts, she had this daily routine of eating curd with her meals. I honestly thought curd was more for healthy living and maintaining weight, but now I’m not so sure! Last month, I tried some high-protein snacks, but they didn't go well with my stomach, felt like lead, ugh!
