I am really confused about my diet and whether I should include curd in it or not. Recently, I’ve been thinking, does curd help in weight gain? My friend mentioned that when she was trying to bulk up for her workouts, she had this daily routine of eating curd with her meals. I honestly thought curd was more for healthy living and maintaining weight, but now I’m not so sure! Last month, I tried some high-protein snacks, but they didn't go well with my stomach, felt like lead, ugh! Anyway, I’ve also noticed that when I eat curd regularly, I feel a bit fuller and don’t crave junk food as much, which is a plus. But here’s the thing - I've been working out a lot lately, and I need to gain at least a few pounds of muscle. So could you all tell me, does curd help in weight gain?
