The symptoms you are experiencing, including missed periods, leg pain, fatigue, acne, and dandruff, suggest a potential imbalance of the doshas, specifically related to Vata and Kapha. Irregular menstruation can often be associated with Vata imbalance, while acne and dandruff might be indicators of excess Kapha or possibly Pitta aggravation in the skin and scalp.

To start with, consider evaluating your diet. Try to minimize heavy, oily, and cold foods which can increase Kapha. Incorporate warm, easily digestible meals such as soups and stews, seasoned with spices like ginger and cumin, to help balance Vata and Kapha. Avoid processed sugars and excessively salty foods, reducing the potential for further Kapha aggravation.

For your missed periods, a holistic approach in Ayurveda involves regulating the menstrual cycle with herbs. Ashoka (Saraca indica) and Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) are traditionally used to support healthy menstruation and balance female hormones. You may consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for advice on suitable herbal formulations.

The leg pain and fatigue might also be associated with poor circulation or imbalance in Vyana Vata. Regular practice of gentle exercises like yoga, specifically asanas focusing on circulation, such as Tadasana (Mountain Pose) and the Pranayama practice of Bhramari, could be beneficial.

Acne and dandruff often reflect an internal imbalance. Drinking plenty of water and consuming Triphala, a combination of three fruits, can help cleanse your body and balance your doshas. Apply aloe vera gel to soothe the skin and use neem oil for dandruff; both have cooling properties that help manage Pitta and Kapha.

Ensure you create a consistent sleep routine, as lack of rest can exacerbate all your symptoms, leading to imbalances in your body. Consider incorporating stress management techniques like meditation to support overall balance.

Since these symptoms might be indicative of something that requires further investigation or even urgent medical attention, it’s highly advisable to consult with a healthcare professional to rule out conditions such as hormonal imbalances or infections.
