I am really struggling with my energy levels lately and it’s starting to affect my daily life. I used to be super active, but now I feel drained all the time. A friend recommended I try Sri Sri Tattva Chyavanprash because they swear by it, saying it helped them a lot. I haven’t done much research, but it sounds interesting. I read somewhere that it's supposed to boost immunity and get rid of fatigue? I found out that it has a bunch of herbs and stuff, which is what I need right now because I’m not really into chemical-filled meds. Last week, I even got bloodwork done, and my doctor said my vitamin levels seemed fine, but I still feel off. Do you guys think Sri Sri Tattva Chyavanprash could genuinely help me? Like, how long does it usually take to notice a difference? I mean, are there any side effects? I’m actually kind of hoping it could also help with my occasional digestion issues too, which seems to be a thing lately. Anyone had good results with this? Should I mix it with anything particular or just take it straight? I’m all ears for any advice.
