As u are suffering from polycythemia vera- vijay churna is not recommended to you , it can increase the risk for blood clots and cause interaction with your medicines too… So take these except vijay churna - sarpgandha vati 1 tab (125 mg) twice daily after meal - Manasmitra vati 2 tab hs at 10 pm after meal Follow diet and lifestyle modification Follow up after 15 days
