For the past few months I have felt very tired, often get headaches, sleep badly, and sometimes feel dizzy, even though my daily routine has not changed. My basic blood tests were normal. How long have you been experiencing these symptoms?:

- More than 6 months

How would you describe the severity of your fatigue?:

- Moderate, affecting daily activities

Do you have any dietary restrictions or habits?:

- No restrictions, balanced diet
