Tinnitus, stiffness and pain around neck. Tiktik sound coming from joint. I had bad past habit of prone masturbation of 7 years andI tryti control it atleast Month's but urge is high. Felling weakness

- avipatikarchurn 1/2 tsf before meal twice daily
- shankh bhasam 250 mg after meal twice daily
- cap ashwagandha 500 mg at bedtime with milk
- local application of Luke warm mahanarayan taila
---- avoid Spicy, fried food
----- at night drink 1 glass milk with added 1 pinch of hldi.
------ avoid pillow below neck
