I'm learning for the first time that this haritaki powder clears heavy toxins from our bodies and cleanses thepineal gland and therefore opens the third eye. Can you elaborate on its spiritual uses as well as physical uses including both advantages and disadvantages. Thank you. Prasad

Haritaki is mild laxative.
It’s helps maintaining various actions in body like it balances pitta, mild detox, good for eyes, controls lipid levels in blood.
It’s best used in combination with amalaki and vibhitaki in various ratios together acting as rejuvenation.
Haritaki used in different forms like if it is roasted, if its fruit juice is used or it also taken with different adjuvants like salt, ginger gives different action.
I recommend you to use it under advise of Doctor to make its use properly without any complications.
