Namaste, Ghee with saffron can be nourishing, but if you are getting bloating and irritation, it may not be suiting your digestion right now. Simple understanding: If digestion is weak, even good foods like ghee can cause heaviness and bloating. For fissures, anything that increases heat or irritation may worsen discomfort. Simple measures that may help: You can pause ghee with saffron for some time and observe if symptoms improve. Take light, easily digestible food and avoid heavy or oily items. Drink warm water and keep digestion simple. For fissures, ensure soft stools with fiber and adequate fluids. Avoid spicy, fried, and irritating foods. Once digestion improves, ghee can be reintroduced in small quantity if suitable. Ayurvedic medicines that may support digestion and fissure comfort include: Triphala Churna – traditionally used to support bowel movement and reduce constipation. Avipattikar Churna – sometimes used to reduce acidity and improve digestion. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.
