Stent placement ke baad long-term medicines chalna normal hota hai, especially blood thinners aur heart medicines. Inhe doctor ke guidance ke bina band nahi karna chahiye, kyunki ye heart ko safe rakhte hain.
Simple understanding:
Aapko jo gas aur bloating ho rahi hai, wo medicines + diet change + weak digestion ki wajah se ho sakti hai.
Stent ke baad digestion thoda sensitive ho jata hai, isliye proper diet bahut important hai.
Simple measures that may help:
Khane ko light aur easily digestible rakhein – jaise dal, soft roti, sabzi, khichdi.
Avoid karein heavy, fried, spicy aur packaged foods.
Khane ke baad turant na lete hue 10–15 min halka walk karein.
Ek baar mein zyada na khakar chhote meals lein.
Include karein jeera, ajwain, saunf jaise simple digestive support.
Avoid karein late night meals aur overeating.
Regular walking aur light exercise heart aur digestion dono ke liye faydemand hai.
Energy aur recovery gradually improve hoti hai agar diet + routine consistent rahe.
