Shikakai Helps keep hair clean without being harsh. Sip warm water through the day. Reduce stress and maintain proper sleep, as IBS is closely linked with gut–mind balance. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Dadimashtaka Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with food Avipattikar Churna – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm water Kutajarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food For scalp: Apply Neelibhringadi Taila 3–4 times a week, leave for 30–60 minutes, then wash with a mild herbal shampoo These are traditionally used to improve digestion, regulate bowel movements, reduce ama, and support scalp health when combined with proper routine.
