Additionally, the body pain and weakness you feel may be due to the depletion of energy reserves, as your body is trying to cool down and manage the internal heat. This indicates a potential imbalance in Vata as well, which can lead to feelings of anxiety and dizziness when aggravated.

Ayurveda views these symptoms as interconnected, stemming from a systemic imbalance rather than isolated issues. The digestive fire (Agni) may also be disturbed, leading to inefficient metabolism and further contributing to the accumulation of heat.
