If anything, a warm foot soak with Epsom salt may help relaxation, but the main benefit comes from warmth, not the salt itself. –Padabhyanga with warm Tila taila at bedtime Ushna jala se pada prakshalana (warm foot wash) before sleep Ksheerapaka (warm milk) at night —Aushadhi: Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g with warm milk at bedtime Tagar Churna – 1 g at night –Pathya: Warm, unctuous diet Maintain regular sleep time Avoid screen exposure at night Apathya: Ruksha, sheeta ahara Late-night जागरण (staying awake) –Advice: Keep feet warm at night (wear socks if needed).
