Sir, I am 75 years old suffering from GLUCOMA since a year. Due slight pain in eyes, headache, and can'twalk properly. At present I am using GLUCOTIM LA eyedrops one time before going for sleep. Please help me overcome this disease. Is there Ayurvedic treatment for this disease. Send prescription.

●Ayurvedic Herbal decoction reduce Eye Strain with Herbal Tea Mixture: Punarnava - 5 parts Jatamansi - 3 parts Shankhapushpi - 3 parts Method: Boil 1 teaspoon of the mixture in 1 cup of water. Consumption: 2 times a day. This helps reduce eye pressure. ●Triphala Eyewash Triphala - “Natural Protector of Eyes” 1/2 teaspoon Triphala Boil 1 cup of water for 2 minutes. Strain well and cool. Rinse eyes with this. It reduces eye strain and protects vision. ●Lifestyle Considerations Reduce Kapha - Avoid foods that increase Kapha. • Avoid coffee, white sugar, and dairy products (milk, cheese, etc.). Eat light and digestible foods. Exercise Caution Avoid heavy lifting or strenuous exercise. Avoid inverted yoga postures like Shirshasana and Sarvangasana. Perform light pranayama and eye yoga.
