??? Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ? Donot get yourself into any addictions. ? Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ? Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ?? Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time

i understand your preference for an ayurvedic approach. at the same time, adhd is a neurodevelopmental condition, so it needs a steady, long-term and structured plan. ayurveda can support attention, calmness and sleep, but results are gradual and depend a lot on routine and consistency. understanding in ayurveda this condition can be correlated with vata predominance affecting manovaha srotas, along with rajas dominance (restlessness, distractibility). so the line of treatment is: * vata shamana * medhya (cognitive support) * nidra regulation * manas balance external therapies talam with brahmi taila apply brahmi oil on the crown region daily, keep for 20–30 minutes before bath. helps in calming mind and improving focus. shiro abhyanga regular head massage with brahmi oil or kshirbala oil, preferably in evening or before sleep. lepa on scalp karchuradi churna with a small quantity of vacha can be made into a paste and applied on scalp (mild application, not very thick), 2–3 times a week. helps in stimulating and balancing scalp circulation and mind. internal medicines * saraswatarishta 15 ml with equal water after meals, twice daily * manasmitra vatakam 1–2 tablets at night these help in: * improving concentration * reducing hyperactivity * supporting sleep and mental calmness daily routine (most important part) * fixed sleep time (before 10:30–11 pm) * wake up at a consistent time * avoid late night screen exposure * include daily physical activity (walking, yoga) pranayama and mind practices * anulom vilom * bhramari * 10–15 minutes of meditation daily diet * prefer warm, freshly cooked food * include ghee in small quantity (supports brain function and vata balance) * avoid excess sugar, processed food, cold drinks * avoid irregular eating patterns important note adhd management requires patience. do not expect very quick results. with regular use of medicines, proper routine and external therapies, improvement in focus, sleep and calmness can be seen over a few months. if symptoms are very severe (affecting studies or daily functioning significantly), it is advisable to stay open to combined care and regular monitoring, even if you prefer ayurveda as the main line of treatment. consistency in routine will play a bigger role than medicines alone in your case.

Hello, ADHD (inattentive type)= mainly vata imbalance + low sattva (mental clarity) -low focus= vata disturbance -mood swings= vata + pitta -low energy= weak agni (digestion ) So treatment= calm vata + nourish. brain + improve sleep + stabilize routine Internal medications 1) Brain + focus (Main) -Brahmi pearl capsules= 1 cap twice daily after meals =improves focus, memory, calms mind 2) Stress + mood + energy -Ashwagandha tablet= 1 tab at night with warm water =reduces stress, improves energy and emotional stability 3) Deep focus + calm thinknig -Shankhapushpi syrup= 115ml syrup twice daily after meals =attention + reduces mental restlessness If brain fog + low energy strong -Saraswatarishta= 15ml with equal water after meals =speech clarity, focus, mood balance External therapies 1) Dhanwantaram taila -head massage before bath 10-15 min =calms nervous system, improves focus Diet this is 40% of results -warm, cooked , slightly oily food -ghee daily 2 tsp -almonds soaked -milk at night Avoid strictly -cold drinks -junk/processed/ sugar -excess caffeine These aggravate ADHD symptoms Lifestyle (non-negotiable for results) Since your trigger= lack of sleep, this is critical Daily routine -sleep before 11 pm most important -fixed waking time -20 min sunlight Mind practices -Nadi sodhana= 10 min -bhramari= 5 min -light yoga/walking Routine stabilizes vata and improves focus significantly Expected timeline -2-3 weeks= calmer mind, slightly better focus -6-8 weeks= noticeable improvement -3 months= stable changes Honestly Ayurveda helps manage ADHD well, but -works slow + consistent, not instant -lifestyle= as important as medicine Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
