Mein neeta upadhyay mera vajan 79 kg tha phir meine meduher guggula khana shru kiya aaj 11 hafta ho gaya kha kar par koi asar nhi hua hai uske sath jeera saunf dalchini aur ajwain ka pani bhi lena shru kiya hai usko ek mahine gaya khane mein normal khati hu meetha bhout cum phir koi asa nhi hai neend bhi nahi aati please meri help Karo kuch suggestion do🙏

Weight loss mein sirf Medohar Guggulu se hamesha achha result nahi milta, especially agar metabolism slow ho, sleep poor ho, stress ho, ya thyroid/PCOS ho.
Ayurvedic treatment
Medohar Guggulu
2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water.
Triphala Churna
1 tsp with warm water at night.
Punarnavadi Kwath
15 ml + equal warm water twice daily before meals.
For sleep: Saraswatarishta
20 ml with equal water at night after food.
Diet: Dinner early and light rakhein. Daily 30–40 min brisk walking. Avoid bakery items, cold drinks, fried foods, day sleep, and repeated snacking.
Also check
TSH (thyroid), HbA1c/sugar, vitamin D, and if periods irregular then PCOS evaluation.

11 हफ्तों तक Medohar Guggulu लेने के बाद भी असर न दिखना बताता है कि केवल दवा से weight control नहीं होगा। आपकी नींद खराब होना भी वजन कम न होने का एक बड़ा कारण है, क्योंकि कम नींद से metabolism और hormones प्रभावित होते हैं।
आयुर्वेद अनुसार यह समस्या अक्सर मंद अग्नि + कफ imbalance + stress से जुड़ी होती है।
आप ये बदलाव करें
• सुबह खाली पेट गुनगुना पानी + थोड़ा नींबू लें।
• रात का खाना हल्का और 7–8 बजे तक करें।
• दही, cold drinks, bakery, बार-बार snacking बंद रखें।
• रोज 30–40 मिनट brisk walk / yoga करें।
• रात में सोने से पहले 1 कप हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध या ब्राह्मी/जटामांसी  लें।
• लगातार बहुत गर्म तासीर वाली चीजें (अजवाइन-दालचीनी पानी) अधिक मात्रा में न लें, इससे शरीर में dryness और नींद की समस्या बढ़ सकती है।
यदि 3–4 महीने में भी वजन कम न हो तो thyroid, PCOS, vitamin D/B12 जैसी जाँच करवाना बेहतर रहेगा।
सही दिनचर्या + अच्छी नींद + संतुलित आहार के साथ आयुर्वेदिक उपचार अधिक अच्छे परिणाम देते हैं
