Alot of acne marks and tanned skin. Also feel weakness and headache always.. always feel tired and my body want rest. I also have grey hair.

●Using Aloe Vera Juice Aloe vera (ghritkumari) is a cooling, nourishing, and anti-bilious remedy. It calms the body’s internal heat and nourishes the hair roots. Internal Use: 1/3 cup fresh aloe vera juice • Consume 3 times a day after meals Consistent use for 3 months yields good results. This remedy improves hair quality from within, not just on the surface. ●Bhringraj oil or paste is used for: • Hair loss • Dandruff • Premature graying of hair Dry scalp. This is why it has been called the “king of hair” in many texts. ● Ingredients: • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Bhringraj powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Brahmi powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Honey - 1/2 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 cup ●Method: Mix the powder with water, then add honey. Dosage: 4 days a week, on an empty stomach in the morning. Your symptoms may suggest Pitta aggravation with mild weakness/anemia or low nutrition. If fatigue and headache are persistent, also consider checking CBC, iron, B12, vitamin D, and thyroid. Take Amla Rasayan 1 tsp twice daily after food. Brahma Rasayan 1 tsp at night with warm milk (for weakness, tiredness, grey hair). Khadirarishta 20 ml + equal water twice daily after meals (for acne marks/skin). Kumkumadi Tailam Apply 2–3 drops on face at night. Bhringaraj Taila Apply on scalp 3 times/week. Diet Daily amla, black sesame (1 tsp), soaked almonds (5), coconut water. Avoid excess spicy/oily food, late nights, and dehydration.

This can lead to acne marks, tanning, premature greying, headache, low energy, and constant tiredness. Since digestion and sleep are good, recovery is usually better with proper Ayurvedic care. Ayurvedic Management Follow a Pitta-pacifying diet: avoid spicy, oily, fried, packaged foods, excess tea/coffee, and late-night eating. Increase cooling and nourishing foods like: Amla Coconut water Ghee in small quantity Fresh fruits Green vegetables Black raisins soaked overnight Helpful Ayurvedic Medicines Mahamanjisthadi Kwath / Syrup – supports blood purification and helps reduce acne marks & tanning. Amla Rasayan – useful for premature greying, skin glow, and energy. Brahmi or Ashwagandha – may help with fatigue, headache, and body weakness. Khadirarishta can also help if acne tendency is active. Daily Routine Drink enough water. Avoid excessive screen time and mental stress. Do light exercise/yoga and pranayama daily. Apply aloe vera gel or sandalwood-based face pack 2–3 times weekly for marks and heat reduction.
