यह symptoms कमजोरी, acidity, digestion disturbance, anemia, hormonal imbalance और leucorrhoea (white discharge) से जुड़े हो सकते हैं। “Navel displacement” का scientific proof सीमित है, लेकिन पेट की कमजोरी और muscle strain में ऐसे symptoms महसूस हो सकते हैं।
Take
Shatavari Churna 5 gm
सुबह-शाम दूध के साथ
Ashokarishta 15 ml + बराबर पानी
दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद
Avipattikar Churna 3 gm
रात को गुनगुने पानी से acidity के लिए
Punarnava Mandur 1 गोली
दिन में 2 बार भोजन बाद कमजोरी/खून की कमी में
calf pain के लिए
गुनगुने Mahanarayan Taila से मालिश करें।
Diet: दूध, घी, मूंग दाल, केला, खजूर, अनार, नारियल पानी लें।
खट्टा, मसालेदार, junk food और खाली पेट चाय बंद करें।
Tests advised: Hb, thyroid profile, vitamin D, LFT, pelvic scan if white discharge is persistent.

1.For white discharge you can use
Pushyanuga churn 1tsf with honey both time after food
2. Lodraasav 15ml with same amount of water both time after food
For acidity
1. Kamdhudha ras 250mg
Praval pisti 250mg
Mukta sukti 250mg
Avipatikar churn 10gm
Yastimadhu churn 10gm
All churn mix well and take 1 tsf in morning or 1tsf in night with normal water after food.
