My A1c today is 5.1.I have Sinus problem, nose block at night, Saliva out flow, acid reflux, throat burning and pain, feet burning, ankle itching, skin dryness after food, neck stiffness and pain etc.I think most of these are Gut related. At present using Triphala Guggul two tablets daily from May 1st. Is it enough? How long I have to continue? What other treatment can be followed. I am taking amlodipine 5 mg for HT.

- Balanced with fruits and vegetablesYour symptoms suggest a combination of Kapha-Vata imbalance with Pitta aggravation, mainly affecting the gut, sinus passages, nerves, and throat. Acid reflux and weak digestion can contribute to throat burning, sinus congestion, skin dryness, and burning feet. Triphala Guggulu alone may not be enough for all these symptoms. It can be continued for 6–8 weeks if it suits your digestion, but long-term use should be monitored by an Ayurvedic physician, especially with your age and BP medication. Recommended Ayurvedic support: For acidity, throat burning & reflux: Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp after meals with warm water twice daily. For sinus blockage & excess saliva: Steam inhalation with ajwain or eucalyptus once daily. Anu Taila 2 drops in each nostril morning. For burning feet & dryness: Apply warm Ksheerabala taila or coconut oil to feet at bedtime. Internal hydration and ghee in small quantity may help. For neck stiffness & Vata symptoms: Gentle neck massage with Mahanarayana Taila followed by warm fomentation. Diet & lifestyle: Avoid curd at night, cold foods, excess tea/coffee, fried and very spicy foods. Eat early light dinner and avoid lying down immediately after meals. Sip warm water through the day. Maintain good sleep routine and mild walking after food.
●Tulsi Capsules - 2 Capsules, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Praan Rakshak Churna - 1 teaspoonful, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Aller-G Care - 2 Capsules, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Curcumin Capsules - 2 Capsule, twice daily with plain water after meals. ●Shitophaladi churna + Talisadi churna + honey take 1 teaspoon all and mix well and lick it 3 rimes a day. Get plenty of rest. Drink plenty of fluids.Always moisten your sinus cavities.Apply warm compresses to your face.Rinse out your nasal passage.Sleep with your head elevated
