अत्यधिक हस्तमैथुन, मानसिक डर-तनाव और शरीर की कमजोरी के कारण Nightfall, घबराहट, हाथ-पैर कांपना जैसी समस्या हो सकती है। केवल कंदा-लहसुन इसका मुख्य कारण नहीं होता, बल्कि मन और शरीर की दुर्बलता भी कारण बनती है। आयुर्वेद अनुसार यह वात-पित्त वृद्धि एवं धातु क्षीणता का संकेत हो सकता है। उपाय : • रात में जल्दी सोएं, अश्लील सामग्री व अधिक हस्तमैथुन पूरी तरह बंद करें। • रोज 15–20 मिनट प्राणायाम, अनुलोम-विलोम और ध्यान करें। • दूध में 1 चम्मच Ashwagandha चूर्ण और थोड़ा घी मिलाकर रात में लें। • पौष्टिक आहार लें — खजूर, मुनक्का, बादाम, घी उपयोगी हैं। • अधिक चाय, कॉफी, मसालेदार भोजन और देर रात जागना बंद करें। • डर, घबराहट और शरीर कांपना ज्यादा हो तो मानसिक तनाव कम करना बहुत जरूरी है।

Garlic and onion may increase heat/stimulation in some sensitive people, especially with anxiety, poor sleep, overthinking, porn/ masturbation excess, irregular food, and wekness Internal management 1) Stop aggravating factors -avoid excess masturbation/ porn completely for 6-8 weeks -reduce garlic, onion, spicy food, energy drinks, excess tea/coffee -avoid late nights and empty stomach -no horroe/stress content before sleep 2) Medications For anxiety, fear, trembling, overthinking Morning and night -Brahmi vati= 1 tab twice daily after meals -Ashwagandha capsues= 1 cap twice daily after meals with warm milk For night falls, weakness, semen leakage tendency After meals -Chandraprabha gulika= 2 tabs twice daily after meals -Kaunch beej powder= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime Strong rasayana/recovery formula If weakness, fatigue , low confidence, body shaking after fear are prominent -Saraswatarishta= 15ml with equal water after dinner Diet eat more -cow milk warm , night -ghee -dates, black raisins -banana -moong khichdi -almond soaked Avoid -excess garlic/onion -fried food -cold drinks -smoking/alcohol -excess gym overtraining Lifestyle most important -sleep before 11 pm -daily walking/ surya namaskar -deep breathing 10 minutes morning/night -cold trigger fear/anxiety improves when nervous system calms consistently for 4-8 weeks Continue 6-8 weeks with discipline Avoid very heavy aphrodisiac medicines initially if anxiety and overstimulation are already high Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
