Liver parents is diagnosed, I am 38 yr female. Skin n eyes have become yellow. Sleep disorder is there. Diet is fully controlled. What else can be done?

Yellow discoloration of the skin and eyes indicates serious liver imbalance (Yakrit Vikara / Kamala in Ayurveda). Along with this, disturbed sleep shows aggravation of Pitta dosha and weakness of the liver system. Proper care, rest, and liver-supportive treatment are very important at this stage. Ayurvedic Supportive Care Follow a light, easily digestible diet. Take warm water throughout the day in small sips. Include: Boiled bottle gourd, pumpkin, ridge gourd Moong dal khichdi Fresh coconut water Pomegranate and sugarcane juice Avoid completely: Oily, spicy, fried, packaged foods Alcohol, smoking, tea/coffee excess Late-night waking and stress Helpful Ayurved, medicines like: Bhumi Amla Kalmegh Kutki Guduchi Arogyavardhini Vati may help support liver function, reduce excess Pitta, and improve digestion and recovery. For Better Sleep Gentle head massage with coconut oil or Brahmi oil at night may calm the mind. Practice slow deep breathing or meditation before sleep.
