Shilajit naturally hard ho jana normal hai, lekin use use karne se pehle purity confirm karna important hai. Joint pain 1 week ka hai aur swelling bhi hai, isme pehle inflammation control zaroori hai. Shilajit (cleaned) – 300–500 mg (pea size) garam doodh ke saath raat ko Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Dashmool kwath – 15 ml with warm water twice daily Joint par warm sesame oil se halki malish daily Agar swelling badhe ya pain continue rahe, to uric acid / arthritis evaluation zaroor karwayein.
