आयुर्वेद के अनुसार बार-बार तेज बुखार आना, ठंड लगकर बुखार आना और टाइफॉइड की समस्या बने रहना शरीर में अग्निमांद्य (कमजोर पाचन शक्ति), आम (toxins) और पित्त-वात दोष वृद्धि का संकेत हो सकता है। जब शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर हो जाती है तो संक्रमण जल्दी-जल्दी होने लगते हैं।
क्या करें
सुबह खाली पेट गिलोय रस 20 ml गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें।
तुलसी, अदरक और काली मिर्च का हल्का काढ़ा दिन में 1–2 बार लें।
सुदर्शन घनवटी और संजीवनी वटी आयुर्वेद में बार-बार होने वाले ज्वर में उपयोगी मानी जाती हैं।
भोजन हल्का और सुपाच्य रखें — मूंग दाल, खिचड़ी, दलिया, गर्म सूप आदि।
ठंडी चीजें, फ्रिज का पानी, तला-भुना, फास्ट फूड और बाहर का खाना कम करें।
उबला या फिल्टर किया हुआ पानी ही पिएं।
पर्याप्त आराम लें और देर रात जागना बंद करें।
इम्युनिटी बढ़ाने के लिए
च्यवनप्राश 1 चम्मच सुबह दूध के साथ ले सकते हैं।
हल्का योग, प्राणायाम और गहरी नींद शरीर की रिकवरी में मदद करते हैं।

बार-बार तेज बुखार, ठंड लगकर बुखार आना और टायफॉइड की प्रवृत्ति में पहले जांच जरूरी है। CBC, Widal/Typhi Dot, Malaria test और urine test कराएं।
Take
Sudarshan Ghanvati 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद
Giloy Ghanvati 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार
Sanjivani Vati 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार
गुनगुना पानी पिएं, दही, ठंडी चीजें और बाहर का खाना बंद रखें
अगर बुखार 102°F से ऊपर हो, लगातार कमजोरी, पेट दर्द, उल्टी या 3–4 दिन से ज्यादा बुखार रहे तो तुरंत physician को दिखाएं।
