Aapke lakshan (6 mahine se zyada baar-baar sardi, naak behna, dhool/pollen se badhna, kam energy) dekhkar yeh allergic rhinitis (Vata-Kapha prakop) ya chronic allergy ki samasya lag sakti hai. Sirf symptom-control medicines se temporary rahat milti hai, isliye baar-baar problem wapas aa jati hai. -----Ayurvedic Medicines 1) Sitopaladi Churna – 3 g + 1 tsp shahad ke saath, din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. 2) Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp (5 g) din mein 2 baar gungune paani ke saath. 3) Talisadi Churna – 3 g din mein 2 baar bhojan ke baad. 4) Anu Taila Nasya – 2-2 boond dono naak mein subah khali pet ----Panchakarma 5) Nasya Karma – 7–14 din ka course. 6) Dhoomapana ----Agar Kapha adhik ho to Vamana Karma ki avashyakta ho sakti hai. ------Pathya (Kya Khayen) Garam paani piyein. Haldi, adrak, tulsi wali chai lein. Moong dal, halka aur garam bhojan. ------Apathya (Kya Na Khayen) Dahi, ice cream, cold drinks. Fridge ka paani. Dhool, smoke aur pollen se bachav karein. Raat ko der tak jagna aur din mein adhik sona avoid karein.

आपके बताए अनुसार 6 महीने से अधिक समय से बार-बार नाक बहना, धूल या पराग (pollen) से समस्या बढ़ना, और दवा बंद करते ही लक्षण वापस आ जाना साधारण सर्दी से अधिक एलर्जिक राइनाइटिस (Allergic Rhinitis) या बार-बार होने वाले कफ विकार की ओर संकेत करता है। इसलिए केवल बार-बार सर्दी की दवा लेने से स्थायी लाभ नहीं मिल पाता। आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण आयुर्वेद में इसे मुख्यतः कफ दोष एवं वात दोष की विकृति तथा कमजोर प्रतिरोधक क्षमता से जोड़ा जाता है। उपचार का उद्देश्य केवल नाक बहना रोकना नहीं बल्कि कफ को संतुलित करना और रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाना होता है। आयुर्वेदिक औषधिय सितोपलादि चूर्ण 3 ग्राम + 1 चम्मच शहद के साथ, दिन में 2 बार। तालीसादि चूर्ण 2–3 ग्राम, दिन में 2 बार। हरिद्रा खंड 1 चम्मच (लगभग 5 ग्राम), दिन में 2 बार गुनगुने पानी या दूध के साथ। च्यवनप्राश 1–2 चम्मच प्रतिदिन घरेलू उपाय सुबह और रात को भाप (Steam inhalation) लें। हल्दी वाला गुनगुना दूध लें। अदरक, तुलसी और काली मिर्च का काढ़ा पी सकते हैं। दिनभर गुनगुना पानी पिएं। खान-पान में परहेज ठंडी चीजें, आइसक्रीम, कोल्ड ड्रिंक दही (विशेषकर रात में) फ्रिज का पानी ज्यादा तली-भुनी एवं भारी चीजें क्या खाएं गुनगुना पानी मूंग दाल, हल्का भोजन अदरक, लहसुन, हल्दी ताजी सब्जियां और मौसमी फल जीवनशैली धूल, धुआं और परागकणों से बचाव करें। बाहर जाते समय मास्क पहनें। नियमित व्यायाम और प्राणायाम (विशेषकर अनुलोम-विलोम) करें। पर्याप्त नींद लें।

Yeh respiratory tract ki mucous membrane ko shield karta hai. Vapour Inhalation (Bhap): Din mein ek baar plain pani ya usme thoda sa Pudina Ark ya Ajwain dalkar bhap lein. 3. Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle Changes) Ayurveda mein aushadhi se zyada mahatva Nidana Parivarjana (kaaran ko hatana) aur parhez ka hai: Kya Karein (Do’s): Hamesha Gunguna pani (Ushnodaka) hi piyein. Yeh shareer se Ama ko bahar nikalta hai. •Khane mein Adrak (Ginger), Kali Mirch (Black Pepper), Tulsi, aur Haldi ka upyog badhayein. •Subah uthakar 10-15 minute Pranayama (Anulom-Vilom aur Kapalbhati) zaroor karein taaki srotas shuddhi ho. Kya Na Karein (Don’ts): ••Sheeta Ahara bilkul band: Freeze ka thanda pani, cold drinks, ice cream, curd (dahi), aur chach (buttermilk) kuch din ke liye bilkul band kar dein. ••Bhari khana: Fast food, maida, aur raat ko late bhari khana khane se bachein kyunki yeh Kapha ko badhata hai. ••Din mein sone se bachein (Divasvapna), kyunki isse shareer mein Kapha dosha aur badhta hai.
