Do not start antibiotics (including sulfa-trim) on your own, as antibiotics do not treat most fish parasites and may cause unnecessary side effects. Take Vidanga Churna 3 g twice daily after food. Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Triphala Churna 3–5 g at bedtime with warm water. Diet Drink plenty of water. Eat light, freshly cooked food for a few days. Avoid raw or undercooked fish.
