Mujhe thode din baad khansi or jhukham ho jata hai.aisa kyu hota hai.plz btaye.main is se bhut Jayda preshan hoon hoon.plz meri preshani ka hal batayeye.

Aap jo khansi aur jhukham ke symptoms experience kar rahe hain, wo aksar seasonal changes, allergies, ya immune system ke kamzor hone ki wajah se ho sakte hain. Ayurved mein, khansi aur jhukham ko vata aur kapha dosha ke asamanta se joda jata hai. Agar aapka immune system kamzor ho, to aapko thandi hawa, badalti mausam, ya kuch khana peene se bhi yeh symptoms ho sakte hain. Iska ilaj Ayurved mein kai tariko se kiya jata hai. Aapko apni immunity ko boost karne ke liye kuch herbs ka istemal karna chahiye, jaise Tulsi (holy basil), Guduchi, Amla (Indian gooseberry), aur Giloy. Yeh herbs aapko immunity ko majboot banane mein madad karenge aur cold aur cough se bachne mein help karenge. Aap warm water mein honey aur ginger daal kar peene se bhi rahat pa sakte hain. Kapha dosha ko balance karne ke liye aapko apni diet mein spicy aur light foods shamil karne chahiye aur cold drinks se bachna chahiye. Steam inhalation bhi aapke liye beneficial ho sakta hai, jo kapha ko nikaalne mein madad karta hai. Agar symptoms severe ho rahe hain, toh aap Ayurvedic doctor se consultation le sakte hain, jo aapke symptoms ke hisaab se specific remedies de sakte hain. Iske alawa, agar aap kaafi stressed ya thakawat mehsoos kar rahe hain, to stress ko manage karne ke liye yoga aur pranayama bhi beneficial ho sakte hain.

Sitopaladi Churna With Honey

1 answers

My son, who is 7 years old, often catches colds and coughs, especially during the winter months. We’ve tried various syrups and medicines, but the relief is usually temporary, and they come with side effects like drowsiness. Recently, someone suggested using sitopaladi churna with honey as a natural and safe remedy for respiratory issues. From what I understand, sitopaladi churna with honey is a traditional Ayurvedic combination that helps with coughs, congestion, and even boosting immunity. But I’m not entirely sure how it works or how to use it correctly. How much sitopaladi churna with honey should be given to a child, and how often? Does it need to be taken after meals, or does timing not matter? I’ve also heard that sitopaladi churna with honey is effective for dry and wet coughs alike. Is this true, or does it work better for one over the other? Additionally, are there any side effects of using sitopaladi churna with honey, especially for children? I want to ensure it’s completely safe before starting it. If anyone here has experience using sitopaladi churna with honey, especially for kids, I’d love to hear your tips. Did it help with recurring colds or coughs, and how long did it take to see improvement? Is there anything else I should combine with this treatment, like warm water or turmeric milk, to make it more effective?

Sitopaladi churna with honey is a common Ayurvedic remedy for respiratory issues, including coughs and congestion, and can be safe for children when used properly. It works by helping to clear mucus, soothe the throat, and boost immunity. For a 7-year-old, you can give about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of sitopaladi churna mixed with honey, 2-3 times a day. It can be taken after meals, but it’s not a strict requirement. Sitopaladi churna is effective for both dry and wet coughs, as it balances the respiratory system and helps with expectoration. Generally, it's safe, but you should watch for any signs of an allergic reaction or sensitivity to any ingredients. For recurring issues, pairing it with warm water or turmeric milk can further support immunity and digestion. If symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider.

Does Ghee Cause Cough

I’ve always heard that ghee is super healthy and good for digestion, but recently I started wondering, does ghee cause cough? I usually add a spoonful of ghee to my meals daily, but last week I caught a cold, and my cough seems to get worse after eating foods with ghee. Could it be the ghee that’s triggering this, or is it just a coincidence? I know ghee is considered a cooling food in Ayurveda, but could that mean it’s not suitable during cold or cough conditions? If ghee does cause cough in some cases, does it depend on how it’s consumed—like whether it’s eaten raw, cooked, or with certain spices? I usually add ghee to rice or dal without any spices. Should I be using something like black pepper or ginger with it to avoid these issues? Another thing I’ve noticed is that my throat feels a little heavy after having ghee sometimes. Does Ayurveda say anything about ghee increasing kapha? I’m not sure about my dosha type, but I tend to get a lot of mucus and congestion when I’m unwell. Could this be why ghee might make my cough worse? Or is it actually supposed to soothe a cough if used the right way? I also want to know if the quality of ghee matters. I usually buy store-bought ghee, but could this be causing issues compared to homemade ghee? Does Ayurveda recommend a specific type of ghee for people prone to colds and coughs? And if ghee does cause cough, are there alternative fats I should be using, like coconut oil or sesame oil? Lastly, how do I know if I should avoid ghee completely while coughing or just reduce the amount? Are there specific Ayurvedic remedies using ghee to help with cough instead of making it worse? I’ve heard of people mixing ghee with turmeric or honey for colds—does that actually work, or could it backfire?

Ghee is generally considered beneficial in Ayurveda, but its effect on cough depends on your body type (dosha) and how it is consumed. Here are the key points: Does Ghee Cause Cough? Ghee does not directly cause cough but can aggravate kapha dosha, which governs mucus and congestion. If you're prone to kapha imbalances (e.g., excessive mucus or heaviness in the chest), ghee might worsen symptoms if consumed excessively or without balancing spices. Consumption Method Matters Raw Ghee: May increase kapha and mucus, potentially worsening a cough. Cooked Ghee with Spices: Adding warming spices like black pepper, ginger, or turmeric can counter kapha effects and make ghee more suitable during cold and cough conditions. Dosha and Symptoms If you have a kapha constitution or are experiencing mucus and congestion, ghee can aggravate symptoms. If your cough is dry (associated with vata dosha), ghee mixed with warm milk and turmeric can be soothing. Quality of Ghee Ayurveda emphasizes the use of pure, homemade, or organic cow’s ghee over store-bought versions, as adulterated ghee may not have the same therapeutic effects and could irritate your system. Remedies Using Ghee For Dry Cough: Mix a teaspoon of warm ghee with turmeric or ginger powder to lubricate the throat and reduce irritation. For Productive Cough: Use sparingly and combine with warming herbs to help break down mucus. Alternative Fats If ghee is causing issues, you can switch to warming alternatives like sesame oil, which is lighter and reduces kapha. Coconut oil is cooling and not ideal during cough unless used for throat soothing in small amounts. How to Adjust Reduce the amount of ghee temporarily if your cough is associated with kapha symptoms (mucus, congestion). Opt for spiced ghee or use it in cooking rather than raw. Ayurvedic Practices Turmeric-Ghee Paste: Mix equal parts ghee and turmeric for a soothing remedy for dry cough. Ghee with Honey: Effective for cough, but never mix honey and ghee in equal proportions as Ayurveda advises against it. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance based on your dosha and health condition.

Hearing Loss Treatment In Ayurveda

My father has been experiencing gradual hearing loss over the past year, and it’s started to affect his daily life. We’re considering exploring hearing loss treatment in Ayurveda as an alternative to conventional treatments. Does Ayurveda have effective therapies or medicines for reversing or managing hearing loss? I’ve read that hearing loss treatment in Ayurveda often involves herbal oils like Anu Taila and specific therapies like Karnapoorana. Are these treatments suitable for age-related hearing loss, or are they more effective for temporary conditions caused by infections or blockages? Another question I have is whether hearing loss treatment in Ayurveda includes dietary recommendations or lifestyle changes. Can foods or herbal teas play a role in improving ear health? If anyone has tried Ayurvedic treatments for hearing loss, how effective were they? Did the treatments improve hearing clarity or just reduce associated symptoms like tinnitus?

Ayurveda offers several therapies and remedies for managing hearing loss, particularly through the use of herbal oils like Anu Taila and treatments like Karnapoorana (ear oiling). These therapies are generally more effective for conditions related to blockages, infections, or imbalances in the ear, but they may also help with age-related hearing loss by improving circulation and addressing imbalances in the Vata dosha. In addition to these treatments, Ayurveda emphasizes dietary and lifestyle changes, including the consumption of nutrient-rich foods, herbal teas (like Brahmi and Ashwagandha), and reducing excess heat or dryness in the body. While Ayurveda may not reverse significant age-related hearing loss, it can help improve overall ear health, reduce symptoms like tinnitus, and prevent further degeneration. If you’ve used Ayurvedic treatments for hearing loss, sharing your experience can help gauge its effectiveness.
