Could this all be because of low lymphocytes? The doctor didn’t prescribe anything specific and just told me to eat well and rest. But I feel like my body isn’t recovering the way it should. I used to be able to bounce back from infections quickly, but now, even a small cold lingers for weeks. I also have some digestive issues—bloating, irregular appetite, and feeling sluggish after meals. Could weak digestion be affecting my lymphocytes and immune system? I’m really interested in Ayurveda because I’ve heard it focuses on the root cause instead of just treating symptoms.
