A few weeks ago, I started experiencing sudden dizziness whenever I moved my head a certain way. It usually happens when I wake up and try to get out of bed or when I tilt my head back. The dizziness lasts only for a few seconds, but it’s intense—it feels like the whole room is spinning. I also feel a little nauseous when it happens, and sometimes I have to hold onto something to keep my balance. I went to the doctor, and they told me it could be something called BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). They suggested trying the Epley maneuver, which is supposed to help reposition tiny crystals in the inner ear that are causing the dizziness. They even showed me how to do it, but I’m still a little nervous about trying it on my own. That’s why I started looking into Ayurveda. Can Ayurveda help with vertigo, or is the Epley maneuver the only option? Are there any Ayurvedic treatments or herbs that can strengthen the inner ear and prevent dizziness from happening in the first place?
