I recently got a routine health checkup, and my fasting blood sugar was 112. The doctor said it’s a little high but not in the diabetic range yet, just "borderline." But now I’m worried because I’ve never really thought about my blood sugar before. I don’t have diabetes in my family, and I feel fine most of the time.
