I sometimes experience burning sensations, mild swelling, and irritation in my mouth, especially after eating spicy or citrus foods—could these be signs of a Pitta imbalance or nutritional deficiency? Does Ayurveda classify mouth ulcers as a digestive disorder, and what are the best natural ways to reduce inflammation and speed up healing? Additionally, I want to know whether diet and hydration play a role in preventing mouth ulcers.
