Last week, I started feeling a little off—mild fever, body aches, and a sore throat. At first, I thought it was just a regular cold, but then I began to wonder if these were corona symptoms. I’ve had COVID-19 before, but my symptoms were different back then. How do I know if what I’m experiencing now are actually corona symptoms or just a seasonal flu? One thing that’s confusing me is that my sense of taste and smell are still normal. The last time I had COVID-19, I completely lost both for a few days. Does this mean it’s not COVID this time, or have the corona symptoms changed with the newer variants? Are loss of taste and smell still the main signs, or should I be looking for other warning signs? I also noticed that my cough is dry and persistent. It’s not severe, but it’s been lingering for days now. Could this be one of the corona symptoms, even if I don’t have a very high fever? Also, is there a way to tell the difference between a COVID cough and a regular cough? Another thing I’m worried about is fatigue. I feel completely drained, even though I’m getting enough sleep. I know extreme tiredness is one of the corona symptoms, but how long does it usually last? If it’s COVID, should I expect this exhaustion to go on for weeks? Since I prefer natural healing methods, I want to know if Ayurveda has any remedies for managing corona symptoms at home. I read that turmeric, ginger, and tulsi are good for immunity—do they actually help? Are there specific Ayurvedic practices or breathing exercises that can help ease symptoms and speed up recovery? I also want to be careful about spreading it to others. If these are corona symptoms, when am I most contagious? I live with family, and I don’t want to expose them if it’s really COVID. Should I isolate immediately, even if I haven’t tested positive yet? How long should I wait before getting tested to make sure the result is accurate? I really want to understand how to tell the difference between corona symptoms and regular flu symptoms. If I do have COVID again, I want to recover naturally and avoid long-term complications. What is the best Ayurvedic approach to boosting immunity and managing corona symptoms effectively at home? Would appreciate any advice because I’m feeling really weak and confused about what’s happening. If Ayurveda has natural ways to support the body during COVID, I’d love to try them.
