For the past few years, I have been struggling with hair thinning, and I recently learned that DHT hormone might be the cause. I always thought hair loss was just related to genetics or poor hair care, but after researching, I found out that DHT hormone (Dihydrotestosterone) is responsible for shrinking hair follicles, leading to hair loss, especially in men.
