For the past few months, I have been feeling extremely sluggish, bloated, and heavy, especially in my legs and face. A friend recently told me about lymphatic drainage massage and said that it could help improve my circulation and reduce water retention. I had never heard of this before, so I started researching it, but I still have many questions. From what I understand, lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system, helping to flush out toxins and excess fluids.
