GOAL -remove toxin, balances digestion , normalize hormones, and nourish reproductive tissues

DETOXIFICATION (AMA PACHANA AND SHODHANA)

A) INTERNAL CLEANSING - PANCHAKARMA BASED If possible visit Ayurvedic clinic

1) VIRECHANA (purgative therapy)- clears toxins from liver and hormones, best for PCOS and skin/hair issues

2) BASTI (medicated enema)- especially yoga basti or ksher basti to balance vata and regulate periods

If panchakarma is not available

B) HOME DETOX ROUTINE

GUT HEALTH AND CONSTIPATION RELIEF DAILY ROUTINE -1 tsp triphala with warm water before bed -Include Ghee 1 tsp daily- nourishes intestines and helps hormone balance -Drink 2-3 L of warm water daily - avoid cold drinks -Include fiber rich foods- fruits- papaya, pomegranate, guava -leafy greens, soaked raisins

HORMONAL AND FERTILITY BALANCE (PCOS AND IRREGULAR PERIODS)

-SHATAVARI CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily =balances female hormones , enhances fertility
