I am really struggling with some health issues lately, and I’ve been looking into Ayurveda for answers. For months now, I feel like my body is all over the place, and I can kinda tell that my doshas are out of whack. I think it’s mainly vat pit kaf that I’m dealing with? Like, I’ve been feeling super anxious and restless, but then also kinda sluggish at the same time. It’s like this weird combo! The other day I went to see this Ayurvedic practitioner, and they mentioned that I should focus on how to balance vat pit kaf, but honestly, I’m not even sure where to start. I’ve made some changes in my diet, like trying to eat more warm foods, but I still feel this weird tension in me. My digestion has been off too, sometimes it feels like I'm bloated out of nowhere, and other times I just feel so empty. I tried some herbal teas, but I’m getting mixed results. Wondering if anyone here has some practical tips on how to balance vat pit kaf? What should I eat or take? Any specific herbs or practices you found super effective? Leafy greens and a bit of spice can encourage lightness and keep kaf in check.
