I am really struggling with my health lately, and I need to know how to reduce uric acid in ayurveda. I’ve been feeling super uncomfortable, with this nagging pain in my joints, and my doctor says it's all due to high uric acid levels. Last month, my blood test showed I’m way above the normal range, and it's honestly freaking me out. I’ve always loved my spicy food and a few drinks here and there, but now I’ve got this stupid gout flare-up, and I’m just lost!
