I am feeling really confused about something I stumbled upon lately. A friend mentioned something about "what is loban dhoop" and that it might be good for some issues I’ve been having, like anxiety and sleep troubles. I never heard of it before, but apparently, it’s this incense or something? Last week, I had this really rough night. Couldn’t sleep at all! I just kept tossing and turning, dreading the morning. My friend suggested lighting some loban dhoop before bed could help me relax. It's supposed to be calming, but I wasn’t sure if it limits to that. Tho, I do want something natural that can add to my bedtime routine. I read something online about loban dhoop being used in Ayurvedic practices and thought I might give it a shot.
