I am really struggling with these awful headaches lately, and I can't figure out how to reduce headache naturally. Been dealing with this on and off for a few months—sometimes it's just a dull ache, and other times, it feels like my head's gonna explode! I’ve tried over-the-counter meds, but they just kinda dull the pain instead of getting rid of it. I read somewhere that stress and diet might play a role, but honestly, I don’t always know what to believe. My friend suggested some Ayurvedic remedies, like certain herbs or oils. Has anyone had success with those? I especially want to know how to reduce headache naturally with food. Like, are there specific things I should be eating or avoiding? Also, I notice it gets worse when I’m not hydrated or if I skip meals, but life is busy ya know? Sometimes, I just forget to drink enough water! A little voice in my head says I should probably treat the root cause instead of just masking it with pills. How do I figure out what's causing this?
