Seeking Relief from Dry Skin, Joint Pain, and Digestive Issues - #49073

i am female, age 53years. My hair and skin has become very dry. I have pain in my fingers and hands, stiffness and puffiness. my face, legs are swollen. finger goes deep in my legs if pressed. no fever but always feverish, poor digestion (always), need laxative regularly. off late, undigested food is stools and my heartbeat increases crazy after eating even small amount, especially at night, even if there is gap between eating and sleeping. heaviness in body causes lethargy. I am a working women in Mumbai who stays alone. also, i still get big pimples around my jaw line and below. Please guide what medicine i should take to reduce this heaviness/puffiness and feel light and active
