How to take (29-yr healthy male): Baidyanath Bhringraj Asav: 15–20 ml + equal water, after meals, 2× daily Divya Shilajeet Rasayan Vati: 1 tablet, after meals, once daily (start once) Duration: 6–8 weeks only. Caution: Stop if you get acidity, burning, headache, or restlessness.
