Please give the following for 4 months:
1. Aravindasavam(vaidyaratnam) 15ml–0----15ml by adding 30ml of boiled cooled water after breakfast and after dinner
This will improve the digestin,immunity.
And also start doing swarnalrashan in pushya nakshatra day every month.
