I have a total histectomy, high diabetes, taking insulin, still HbA1C is 8.5, high cholesterol, arthritic pain, low vitamin D, weak bones, height 5 feet 4, and weight 76 kg. taking medicies for diabatis, vit d, and colestarol. What natural remedies will work for me?
