Managing Pitta Imbalance and Digestive Issues - #50376

My pitta was imbalanced last year &I was facing acne & constipation.So i drank excessive water something 14-15 full glasses a day.Now since oct 2025 my motion is sometimes watery sometimes semisolid with bloating & acne.If now I take pitta shamak medicine it increases digestion problems & i don't feel hungry.Agni is mand.What to do?

Stop all you medications and start taking only kaiduryadi kashayam 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water before food Dadimashtak choorna 3 gm with butter milk twice daily after food for 7 days. Once your digestive health is restored we can consider other medications. Limit water intake from 2 to 2 and half liters of water only
