You need to be treated for, PCOD , depression, also along with weight loss , as hormones balancing is very much required Start with Tablet M2TONE 1-0-1 Kanchanar guggul 1-0-1 Vriddhivadhika vati 1-0-1 Brahmi vati 1-0-1 after food with water. All after food with water Light massage on head with Brahmi oil. Do Nasya with Brahmi grith 2 drops in both nostril once daily Avoid processed, fatty fast sugary foods. Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika bhamri 5-10mins twice daily. Do Brisk walking atleast 30 minutes daily. Skip one meal either breakfast or lunch and dinner have early and light dinner consisting of soup salad vegetable,dal. Have whole fruit instead of fruits juices. Have millets instead of wheat. Have Red rice/ parboiled rice instead of white rice. Drink warm water through out the day.
